5-Year Certification

Fire sprinkler systems require a comprehensive inspection and testing every five years. We perform 5-year sprinkler certifications in accordance with NFPA 25 and California fire code requirements, including internal pipe inspections and documentation accepted by local fire authorities.

Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance

Routine inspections and testing are required to ensure fire sprinkler systems remain operational. We provide monthly, quarterly, and annual inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) services per NFPA 25, with proper reports and records for fire marshal and insurance compliance.

50-Year Service

Fire sprinkler systems reaching 50 years of age require evaluation to determine continued reliability. We perform 50-year sprinkler assessments and required services in accordance with NFPA 25, helping property owners address aging systems and remain code compliant.

Repair, Tenant Improvement, and Installation

We perform fire sprinkler repairs, tenant improvements, and new installations for commercial and multi-family properties. All work is completed by qualified personnel and complies with NFPA standards, California fire code, and local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements.

PIV and Backflow Repair and Replacement

Proper water control is critical to sprinkler system performance. We repair and replace Post Indicator Valves (PIVs) and replace backflow prevention devices to ensure system integrity and compliance with NFPA 25 & 13, local water authority, and fire department requirements.

Pipe Systems List

Wet pipe systems

Wet pipe systems are the most common and reliable fire sprinkler systems, with pipes constantly filled with water for immediate discharge when heat activates a sprinkler; used where temperatures remain above freezing.

Dry pipe systems

Dry pipe sprinkler systems contain pressurized air or nitrogen instead of water to prevent freezing and allow water to flow into the system when a fire activates a sprinkler.

Pre-Action Sprinkler Systems

Pre-action systems require a separate fire detection event before water is allowed into the pipes, reducing the risk of accidental water discharge in sensitive environments.

Deluge Sprinkler Systems

Deluge systems have open sprinkler heads and, once activated by detection, deliver water through all heads simultaneously for rapid coverage in high-hazard areas.

Wet Standpipe Systems

Wet standpipe systems are fire protection piping systems that are permanently filled with water and provide immediate access for firefighters to connect hoses inside a building. These systems are typically installed in multi-story or large structures to deliver reliable water supply for manual firefighting operations and are designed and maintained in accordance with NFPA 14 and California fire code requirements.

1½-Inch (Class II) Fire Hose Systems

Class II standpipe systems include 1½-inch hose stations intended for occupant use during incipient-stage fires. These systems provide a readily accessible water supply for trained building personnel and are installed and maintained in accordance with NFPA 14 and California fire code requirements.
